1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and related services (including the 3D configurator and dealer locator) operated by OLR — Olympic RIBs ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of services

We provide information about our rigid inflatable boats (RIBs), a 3D configurator for exploring and configuring models, a dealer locator, contact and inquiry forms, and related content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Use of the services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks, or data.
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or disruptive content.
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Services in a way that burdens our infrastructure or circumvents access controls.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Services to send false or misleading inquiries or to harass our staff or dealers.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Services (including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, 3D models, configurator assets, and software) is owned by or licensed to OLR — Olympic RIBs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law (e.g. fair use).

"Olympic RIBs," "OLR," and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.

5. User content and communications

When you submit information via our contact form, dealer inquiry, or other channels, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We will use such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your messages, but we may use them to respond to you and to improve our services.

6. Third-party links and services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. dealers, configurator subdomains, social media). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites. Your use of them is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers

The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product specifications, imagery, and configurator representations are for general information and may not reflect the final build or availability. Contact us or an authorised dealer for current specifications and availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OLR — Olympic RIBs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OLR — Olympic RIBs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) shall survive termination.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
